Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lice Treatment Center! We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via USPS and offer the following options:
    • USPS First-Class Mail (3-5 business days)
    • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
    • USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days)
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to USPS handling.
  • If your package is lost, please contact USPS directly. If you need assistance, email us at info@licetreatmentcenter.com.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
