The safety of our community has always been our top priority, and we’re even more focused on it now. To set the tone for our industry, we’ve made changes to how we operate—all designed to keep our customers, camps, schools and staff safe. Here are all the changes you can expect:
Top-grade disinfectant & more frequent cleaning
Technicians and Staff will use LTC Hand Sanitizer Spray & LTC Surface Sanitizing Spray (a disinfectant proven to kill viruses like COVID-19) in all common areas before and after and all screenings and treatments.
Disinfecting high-touch surfaces in our Treatment Centers
After every screening and/or treatment, we’ll disinfect doorknobs, handles, rails, light switches, sanitizing stations, bathrooms, sinks, toilets, the front desk, keyboards, computers, phones, and treatment equipment. We’ll also be cleaning our treatment centers from top to bottom twice as often per week.
Staff face masks & gloves
All Technicians and Staff will be required to wear gloves and mask during screenings and treatments. After each treatment, they’ll wash their hands before refreshing gloves and masks as needed.
Staff health checks
Every technician and staff member will have their temperature checked before every appointment.
Social distancing practices
Screening sessions will be designed to maintain proper social distancing practices.
